These are some services that we provide along with their usual fees:*
- Virus removal ($50-$150)**
- Spyware removal ($50)
- Malware removal ($50)
- Hard drive imaging with off-site backup ($50 for backup then $20/year for storage)
- Complete computer hardware cleaning/reconditioning ($50)
- Operating system optimization ($50)
- Wireless security set-up ($50/device)
- Hardware testing/troubleshooting ($50 + parts)
- Low voltage cable runs w/CAT6 pure copper
- $1/ft for unfinished walls and ceilings
- $1.50/ft for finished walls and ceilings (this can be a messy process and it does not cover wall patching)
- Termination package - includes a patch panel and all wall jacks/face plates and mounting brackets for most installations ($50/dozen-runs +$5/complete-run-termination) (e.g. 6 run termination package includes a 12 port patch panel with wall jacks and face plates for a total of $110)
These are the standard rates we charge for services:***
- $50/hour for service. Minimum charge of $25 for any service less than 30 minuets.
- $20 to retain an off sight backup for 1 year.

- Business Class Laser-Printer Repair
(*)Fees vary from system to system and problem to problem, from experience these are typical fees that can be used as a general guideline for expected costs.
(**) In some cases with some viruses, once they have run their course, (unless an off sight image was retained) there is little chance of restoring your computer without a complete re-install. This re-install will require that you have available for use: a system restore disk provided by your computer manufacturer or a compatible operating system disk. Operating systems can be purchased if needed but may increase the price of this service by a great amount.
